WasteExpo is the largest solid waste, recycling and organic industry activity in North America. The 2017 annual meeting was held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. Ms. Shi, Senior Vice President at eJnnn Phecda Partners, attended the annual meeting. She exchanged viewpoints on current status and development prospects of waste treatment in North America and China with Ron J. Mittelstaedt, CEO of listed company Waste Connections. Ms. Shi also discussed with one of the Forum's keynote speakers, Mr. Herman Huisman (upper right), senior consultant for international cooperation in the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment of the Netherlands, and Mr. Martin van Nieuwenhoven (upper left), senior officer of circular economy and international cooperation, to explore feasible cooperation model between China and the Nordic countries.
In the exhibition hall, Ms. Shi discusses the vertical development and expertise application with a representative from HELECTOR, a leader in waste management in South-Eastern Europe, as well as solutions for waste management in the field (biological treatment, recycling, landfill, buried biogas, leachate disposal and recycling) and service package (designer, manufacturer, technology provider, operator & investor).
